Importer's Responsibility

Review the entry summary, and release documents upon receipt. Your review is a confirmation of clearance. We will not be held liable for any penalties after your confirmation of review.

Importer Security Filing

It is the importer’s responsibility to ensure a confirmation from us that we received your ISF, and you receive a confirmation of its filing. Importer Security Filings are to be sent at least 3 days prior to being shipped on board the vessel. If there are any changes, please let us know.

Food Facility Registration Numbers

It is very important to have accurate information. Please make sure the registration number is active in order to avoid any delays with your shipment.

Penalties

Should the importer receive a penalty due to our negligence, payment is limited to $50 per entry. This will only be issued within 60 days of notice of penalty. A copy of the notice will be required.out notice.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. Just Your Broker Inc. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
